• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

• Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

3. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the items.

4. Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
• Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

5. Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
